By authorizing the application through Pinterest, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Application
ISEKAI TOH Publisher is a private publishing tool developed and operated by Jean-Louis Vill.
Its sole purpose is to publish and manage original content related to the official ISEKAI: The Otherworlder’s Heir series through the Pinterest API.
The application is not intended to provide services to the general public.
3. Authorized Use
The application may be used only with proper authorization through Pinterest.
Users agree not to use the application in any manner that violates:
- Pinterest’s Terms of Service;
- Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines;
- applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content published through the application, including text, illustrations, graphics, and other creative works, remains the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

The application communicates with Pinterest exclusively through the official Pinterest API and is subject to Pinterest’s applicable policies and technical requirements.

The application is provided « as is » without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliable operation, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jean-Louis Vill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically.
Any modifications will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
